Youngwoo DSP Wins 4.6 Billion Won Samsung Display Equipment Order
What happened
Youngwoo DSP said on Oct. 22 that it signed a 4.6 billion won contract with Samsung Display to supply display manufacturing equipment for Samsung Display's factory in Vietnam. The contract covers display inspection and process equipment, which Youngwoo DSP supplies using optical inspection, image processing and automation technologies developed through its organic light-emitting diode (OLED) inspection equipment business. The company also plans to leverage its existing inspection technologies to expand into the semiconductor inspection equipment market by the end of this year.
