Vox Power release of EIRE600, a compact 600W Open-Frame 5” x 3” AC-DC with Ultra-Low 1.1” Profile
What happened
On October 20, 2026, Vox Power announced the expansion of its EIRE family of single-output AC/DC power supplies with the introduction of the EIRE600, a compact 600W power supply measuring just 5 × 3 inches with an ultra-low 1.1-inch profile. The EIRE600 delivers its full 600W output with either forced-air or conduction cooling; where fan-less operation is preferred, it can provide up to 450W using natural convection at 115 VAC; for short-duration higher power requirements, up to 750W is available for three seconds. Efficiency is up to 96%, and the product provides 2 MOPP isolation, BF-rated output and support for both Class I and Class II installations. It operates from a universal 85–264VAC input and is designed for operation at altitudes up to 5,000 m and ambient temperatures up to +85°C with appropriate derating. Four standard output voltages of 12V, 24V, 36V and 48V are available, along with a 5V/2A bias supply and a 12V auxiliary fan output, plus remote sense, AC_OK and inhibit functions; standby power consumption is approximately 200mW with the main output inhibited. The EIRE600 is designed for industrial and medical applications and is available through Vox Power and its global distribution and representative network.
