Littelfuse has introduced the AK-FL Series FlatSuppressX™ transient voltage suppression (TVS) diodes for aviation and eVTOL high-voltage DC power systems. The devices offer 6 kA, 8 kA, and 10 kA surge-current ratings for an 8/20 μs waveform, feature a flat clamping voltage characteristic, are 100% screened per MIL-STD-750, meet RTCA DO-160 environmental qualification, are halogen‑free, RoHS‑compliant, Pb‑free axial‑leaded parts, and are supplied in bulk packaging of 56 devices per box.
