WATS signs S-EV Electronic Distribution as partner in Germany

What happened

On November 04, 2026, WATS announced that it has added German distributor S-EV Electronic Distribution to its partner network, a partnership meant to give WATS a stronger presence among German electronics manufacturers. According to a press release from WATS, S-EV supplies electronic components to electronics manufacturers and focuses on keeping their production lines running. The company has more than 30 years of experience in electronics, engineering and procurement, and helps customers source hard-to-find components, manage obsolescence and reduce supply chain risk; its customers are in industrial electronics, medical technology, defence, automotive, aerospace and consumer electronics. S-EV's range covers semiconductors, passive components, electromechanical products and discontinued components, and the company also offers technical consulting, help finding replacement components, supply chain risk monitoring and seminars on obsolescence management. The idea of the partnership is to combine component supply with WATS's analysis of test results so that manufacturers can spot quality problems earlier. Dennis Schweikart, Area Sales Manager DACH at WATS, said Germany is one of the most important electronics manufacturing markets in Europe and that the company wants to be close to its customers there.
