Justem Targets Eightfold Revenue Growth by 2030

What happened

On Oct. 23, at a workshop marking its 10th anniversary in Gwangju, Gyeonggi Province, Justem CEO Lim Young-jin announced a target of reaching 300 billion won in revenue by 2030, about eight times its 2025 revenue of 36.9 billion won. The company also announced a target of raising its corporate value to 2 trillion won by 2030. Key growth strategies include upgrading its humidity-control solutions, continuously developing next-generation solutions, creating innovative technologies for advanced industries, developing new businesses, and completing its third factory. Justem purchased a site of approximately 19,800 square meters in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province, for its third factory in May last year and secured 30 billion won in facility investment financing from the Korea Development Bank; it plans to expand production capacity for humidity-control solutions amid rising global demand. Founded in 2016, Justem has supplied nitrogen-based microenvironment control, humidity-control and electrostatic control solutions to semiconductor fabrication plants and other manufacturing facilities, and says it holds more than 80% of the global market. Revenue reached 38.7 billion won in the first half of this year, surpassing its full-year 2025 revenue in just six months; its market capitalization stood at approximately 316.4 billion won as of the afternoon of Oct. 23.
