Top Run Total Solution Wins 43 Billion Won Automotive BLU Order
What happened
Top Run Total Solution said on Oct. 23 that its Nanjing subsidiary in China won a project to supply automotive display backlight units (BLUs) to global automotive electronics supplier Aumovio, with the contract expected to generate approximately 43 billion won in revenue over five years, from 2028 through 2032. The BLUs will be used in three displays of a large digital cockpit for a German premium automaker: the instrument cluster display (ICD), center information display (CID) and passenger display (CDD), installed across a multi-screen configuration extending from the driver's side to the passenger's side. Aumovio is an automotive electronics supplier established through the spin-off of German company Continental's automotive division. Top Run Total Solution scored 100 points in Aumovio's supplier product quality evaluation, ranking first among all suppliers, and plans to expand automotive BLU orders from global automotive electronics suppliers and automakers using its production facilities in China and Vietnam.
