Flex completes acquisition of power conversion solutions firm EPC
What happened
Flex completed the acquisition of EPC Power on October 19, 2026, adding it to the Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment to expand capabilities in power, cooling, and compute to address growing demand for higher-density AI infrastructure and next-generation 800V data center power architectures. EPC Power has over 15 GW deployed and supports grid stabilization and backup power. Flex plans to separate the Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into Axiom Solutions International, Inc. in the first calendar quarter of 2027.
